- Recruiting learners
- Conducting training sessions
- Evaluating training centres and marketing the programme offerings of the Foundation.
- Audits training facilities to ensure compliance with the established procedures.
- Prepares and delivers lessons utilizing the appropriate JFLL methodology.
- Prepares and delivers presentations on the programme offerings of the Foundation
- Reviews diagnostic assessment result and place learners in JFLL/HISEP programmes according to established standards.
- Recruits learners for the various programmes sponsored by the organization.
- Establishes literacy and lifelong learning classes.
- Maintains database of stu
- Recruiting ldents’ records.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Education, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Services or Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree would be at a distinct advantage.
- Three years work experience preferably in an educational environment.
- Sound knowledge of current training techniques.
- Excellent counselling and communication skills (oral and written).
